SCOOTER AND HIS VISUAL AID

Date: 08/13/99 Dr. Lorraine Karpinski, a Miami based veterinary ophthalmologist, reports on one of her patients, Scooter and his 'visually-impaired assistance device.' Scooter is a 15 year old Schnauzer who became blind from his diabetes condition. His owner designed the special vest called the Littlest Angel Vest to protect Scooter from bumping into objects.
