| A one-time list of Diplomates
and residents is available, by approval of the ACVO
office, for use by Diplomates,
veterinarians and vendors. You may request labels by printing,
completing and faxing the below form. You must submit a copy of the
materials you intend to mail in order to be considered for purchase. Two separate lists are
available: one of Diplomates (approx 310) and one of residents
(approx 60). Prices are $25 each for Diplomates (members) and $75 each
for all non-Diplomates (non-members). |
