Annual conferences offer on average 15-20 continuing education credit hours. A table-top exhibit show of approximately 55 vendors takes place each year. Each year an average 550-650 doctors attend, with total registered attendees being 700-800. Sponsorship opportunities are available.

Are you or your company interested in hosting a meeting in conjunction to the ACVO conference? If so, please see the "Satellite Meeting Policy" before submitting your request to the ACVO Board of Regents. Opening reception on Monday evening: likely 1/2 day sessions throughout the week, wet lab on Sunday; to allow for an extended stay for attendees if they opt to do so.
