| The College provides a
proceedings book of the meeting for each conference attendee. As of 2003,
we are allowing limited black/white and color advertising to be purchased
by both exhibiting and non-exhibiting companies alike. Space is granted on
a first-come, first-served basis.
As an alternative a 'sponsor' category is
available to insert one 8x10 page into the registration packets.
Space is limited to no more than 5 vendors. Prices as of 2008 were $850
for 600+ doctor packets, contact ACVO for details.

| These proceedings include:
the meeting schedule, biographies, course descriptions and most
importantly, abstracts from 100-130 cutting-edge research presentations.
Members, residents and university libraries typically keep these books on their office shelves
for future reference. Your advertisement and contact information will be
available to these individuals for years to come. |
