Where can I load in and load out?
Information TBA.
Do I need to order a furniture package?
• The furniture package includes 1 table, 2 chairs and one trash can.
Carpet and vacuuming is not needed. Pipe and drape is not used.
• If you want anything additional you will need to call the hotel
directly. Refer to registration confirmation materials that will be mailed to you after
registration.
What
is the size of the booth?
•
Each booth includes one 6' table (6' x 2.5'- depends on
availability with hotel), covered and draped. "Booth" is then
essentially 6' deep by 7' wide.
• This is a table-top show. Therefore no pipe and drape is
supplied nor charged for. Space is limited to use of the table top and 3-4
feet to stand behind the table. It is not recommended to bring a full 10 x
10 booth set up to this show. Aisles will be approximately 8-10 feet wide.
You may not encroach on others' booth space.
Can we offer a donation for the ACVO Vision
for Animals Foundation?
Yes. This auction will take place
during the meeting. It is a silent-bid
auction. Your company's name will be displayed next to the item throughout
the meeting and receive recognition in the ACVO newsletter and on the
Foundation's website.
How are booth assignments made?
The ACVO's table-top exhibit hall's booths have sold out quickly the
past three years (by the end of May in 2007), limited booth space is available. Booth assignments will be made on a first-come,
first-served basis. If multiple registrations are received the same day,
companies which have exhibited the longest with ACVO will be given
priority in booth placement. The ACVO will do its best to give all
exhibitors their best booth choice possible while also attempting to place
competing companies apart. Booths will be assigned to all exhibitors who
have completed an application and paid the fee. No requests for exhibit
space will be accepted by telephone or held without payment. See the floor
plan for booth layout and to make requests. You may also register
online today to reserve and pay for your booth space.
May we attend the CE Sessions?
You are welcome to attend the CE sessions, if your booth is covered by
another representative. Please wait until the attendees are seated and
take an extra seat. All CE sessions are expected to be full.
Can
we break down prior to the posted end time of 2pm on Saturday?
•
No, if you do you may forfeit future attendance at the ACVO conference.
• If you have an emergency or special need please check with the ACVO as
soon as possible. Otherwise, allowing early break-downs can be disturbing
to the exhibit show and scientific sessions and attendees during CE and/or break times. |
