Carolina Veterinary Specialists in Charlotte is a well establised and busy multi-speciality hospital dedicated to providing the highest quality care to our clients and their pets.  Disciplines represented by our boarded specialists include: surgery, internal medicine, oncology, nuerology, cardiology, dermatlogy, radiology, avian/exotics and behavior.  In addition, we have a well trained group of emergency doctors and staff who are integrated into the system to run the ICU and emergency clinic.  The facility is a well equiped and modern one (opened in 1999) and includes an on-site MRI and CT scan. Construction is about to begin on a brand new 24,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art green “flagship” facility which will also include a linear accelerator for radiation oncology.  We are strong believers in a team approach to patient care and our staff of doctors has been selected to create an atmosphere of collegiality and cooperation.  Everyone working at CVS is very dedicated to the highest quality care and a good working atmosphere. 

The opthalmology section is very busy and well equiped.  The referral base is well established (1987) and consistently present high quality cases for evaluation.  The surgey case load; in particular, is very high.  We offer excellent pay with full benefits, extensive continuing education opportunities, and a stimulating fun place to work.
