{ "Eye-to-Eye" Sculpture } This is the image that appeared on the cover of the Oct 15th JAVMA. The bronze sculpture entitled "Eye-to-Eye" was commissioned by Dr. David Ramsey to commemorate the 40th anniversary conference of the American College of Veterinary Ophthalmologists. Sculptor Jim Gion created "Eye-to-Eye" (31"H by 15" W by 7" D; bronze) to commemorate the relationship of the veterinary ophthalmologist and the patient.
Dr.
Ramsey has offered to donate this to the Vision for Animals Foundation
silent auction to take place at the ACVO conference. There will be a
reserve price of $5,000 for this sculpture at the conference. You may
bid on this and many other beautiful items being donated for the auction
on site.
