I completed my residency at the University of Florida where I have worked as Assistant Professor since July of 2005. I would like to thank my mentors Drs. Dennis Brooks, Kirk Gelatt, Kathy Barrie, Stacy Andrew and Nils Wallin-Håkanson. I am also grateful for the immense support given by the residents through my resident years. A special thanks to Dr. Caryn Plummer who has been a special friend through the years as resident mate and colleague. At last, I owe my dear friend Dr. András Komáromy many thanks as he was by my side from the very first day in Florida whenever I needed help or support.
