I obtained my Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pretoria in South Africa and spent three years in a multi-specialty practice in London, England prior to moving to the US.  I obtained my DVM from Oklahoma State University and undertook my internship with SAMG in Sacramento, California. After a 2-year glaucoma fellowship with the Department of Ophthalmology at the University of Florida, I completed my residency with Eye Care for Animals, after which I became a board certified Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Ophthalmologists. My interests include glaucoma, basic science and clinical research and exotic animal ophthalmology. I practice at the Eye Care for Animals’ offices in Upland and Palm Springs California. I would like to thank all those involved in my training & mentoring including Peter Bedford, Kirk Gelatt, Dennis Brooks, Greg Schultz, Bill Dawson, Mark Sherwood, Randy Scagliotti, Julius Brinkis, Bruce Grahn, Tiffany Blocker-Eich, Alison Hoffman & Steve Sissler and a special thank you to Sara Calvarese for everything you've brought into my life!
