| I graduated
veterinary school from the
University
of
Illinois, did a one year medicine and surgery internship at the Virginia-Maryland
Regional College of Veterinary Medicine, and completed my residency with
Eye Care for Animals in the Chicago
region. I am currently working at the Eye Care for Animals branch in
Akron,
OH. My mentors throughout his residency included Paul A. Gerding, Jr.,
Randall Scagliotti, Julius Brinkis, Steve Sisler, Gretchen Schmidt, and
Sam Vanisi. I would like to express profound thanks to all of these mentors
for their guidance and training. I would like to thank the board of
directors of Eye Care for Animals for granting me a residency position and
investing in his training, as well as the rest of the
administrative staff for their support. Thank you to fellow
residents and associate doctors within the company who frequently conveyed
valuable experience and advice. Thank you to the technical
staff in both the
Chicago
and
Akron
clinics for putting up with me during case report and board exam
preparation. A special thank you to my wife, Allison, and
my daughter, Emma, for their love and support during the many years of
school and residency. This was all done for them. Finally, a
